FTX Japan K.K, formerly known as Quoine Corporation, is a registered Japanese crypto-asset exchange services provider with a Type 1 Financial Instruments Business license that plans to offer a platform for future trading to Japanese customers. FTX Japan K.K. was renamed FTX JP from Quoine Corporation.

The introduction of FTX Japan will provide Japanese crypto aficionados with goods and services such as spot trading and perpetual for a wide range of digital assets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, FTT, and others. They will also offer quick deposits and withdrawals in Japanese Yen.
To get access to the Type 1 firm's Financial Instruments Business license, FTX purchased Liquid Group and its subsidiaries, a financial startup established in Japan, in February. Following the purchase of a domestic licensed marketplace.
